Can't Lose Winter

We had a really ugly snow storm on Friday. It started out with a wet snow and turned into a 10 inch (25 cm) snow dump. We had strong winds again and it made the roads hard packed with white outs and very slippery. By 5 PM the Sun was out and there were patches of blue sky.

This is so pretty, though I know at the moment you don't think so. We went from freezing to 83 degrees in a few days. I want winter back.

Sure you can loose Winter! A week in Hawaii would be a good start, stop by and pick us up on your way! I was trying to figure out how that yellow leaf got in there and then I remembered the fire plug! Good luck and may the sun melt it all before you can remember where you left the shovel! :-)

It certainly has been a winter to note... In actuality we are having an "old-time" winter here in Montana. It' been quite sometime since our last "real" winter.. Seven below this morning when I went out for the paper...
