Galata Bridge is one of the oldest bridges in Istanbul that connects over the Golden Horn, between the continents of Asia and Europe.
The Golden Horn is a major waterway and the primary inlet of the Bosporus in Istanbul.
In the background you can see the Suleymani mosque which was commissioned by Suleiman the Magnificent,
the monarch of the Ottoman state in the 16th century.
The Galata bridge is still a popular gathering place for both the locals and the tourists.
