Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest

According to the Old Testament, the world was created about 5784 years ago,
and one person there, Old Methuselah was born in our world about 5100 years ago, and had a happy life for 969 years.

But who are the real longevity life champions? I drove to the remote White Mountains of the Inyo National Forest, in eastern California,
and there I have found them. These are unique trees called Bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva)
and some of them are over 4500 years old. Our Methuselah tree lives there and he is a over 4860 years old!
And this is not a story from the bible. Have look.
