The sniper was found on the second floor of the El Centro Campus-not sure if this building or the one attached to this one- and it is where the Dallas Police Department SWAT group sent in a police robot with one pound of C-4 Explosives to kill the sniper since he had been firing on any officers that tried to approach him where he was holed up. (this information disclosed by the Dallas Police Chief at a press conference on 7-11-16).
