Shenzhen 深圳

Due to its proximity to Hong Kong, it was chosen as one of the first special economic zones. Since 1980, it has grown from a village to a metropolis of over 10 millions. Following Hong Kong, it starts to shift its economy from manufacturing to finance and trade.
We climbed the hill of Lianhuashan Park 蓮花山公園 for the spectacular view of the city.
We visited the theme park Splendid China Folk Village 錦繡中華民俗村 for two shows 《新東方霓裳》 and 《龍鳳舞中華》.
