Dongguan 東莞

Situated between Hong Kong and Guangzhou, the development of Dongguan started soon after Shenzhen. It is best known as a manufacturing center for named-brand high tech products.
We visited the Humen Fort (虎門威遠炮台), an Opium War era defense site under the new Humen Pearl River Bridge (虎門大橋).
