M45 The Pleiades

Traveling Wilbury Observatory

Also known as the Seven Sisters. Also the logo for Subaru - which is Japanese for Pleiades. This is a cluster of B type stars passing through an area of interstellar dust causing the bluish glow. So the theory goes.

Well exposed and I love the size of the field. The cluster seems suspended amongst the starfield. Well done!
