Ice Pick-Up Conveyor on icer employs double-strand of heavy duty roller chain with pusher attachments. Ice cakes on single strand, dock chain conveyor are automatically transferred to icer pick-up conveyor which delivers them to crusher.

My father, Al Seery, was manager of this ice plant from the late 1930's to the mid 70's when he retired and the plant was closed. I would love to see anymore pictures you might have that show the ice plant- the large room where the ice was made, the warehouse and the summertime when the many train tracks were full as the produce trains were loaed with ice onto the cars.
