I went there mainly to take pictures of people, since I've seen enough fireworks since I came to HK to last me forever. And it was pretty much as expected:
The fireworks were pretty good; there was smoke everywhere to add to the persistent light mist; it rained; and people took a lot of pictures.

The white balance for these shots was all over the place, because of the constantly changing light from the fireworks. I've gone for the "feel" of some of these shots rather than trying to get something "right".
