Tai Hang fire dragon 2006
This is *something* (I don't know any more than that!) to do with the mid-autumn festival.
.
. Try the SLIDESHOW ...
Still a bit early. People wait along the main road.
In the side street we can hear drums. Cameras are used as periscopes.
He thinks I'm pointing the camera the wrong way.
Back on task: check to see what's happening.
I suspect that only 2 people in this crowd can actually see anything.
If it's on the camera screen, does that count as "seeing"?
I get bored and try to leave, but ... 3 streets later the dragon catches up with me!
It looks fiercer than other dragon species I have previously seen.
Fire dragon!
The dragon's feet are all running in different directions. The crowd scatters!
Where there's fire (dragon) there's a smoke (trail)! [sorry about that]
The dragon gets past me at last.
The dragon has moved on. Most people rush off to try to catch up. I'm going home.

Kind of drama and funny too, especially with all the eager snappers. I'd never seen anything like this before. Mid-autmn festival is all about lanterns and mooncakes to me :-) Thanks for thr great action slideshow!
