Grew up across the street at 40 Featherbed Lane in the 40s and 50s. We used to play pinochle on the steps up to that house and blackjack on the steps leading up to Davidson Ave.Also stick ball against those garages Fond memories.

I love how in the Bronx you got these Random lots with the little house maybe a Puerto Rican Flag outside and some chickens too.

yeah! of course those doors are new.. i remember the super old rickety doors I lived two buildings over in the 70's..

I lived in the next building over. there was a nice black couple who owned this house. they were nice folks. the man also owned the two garages in the picture.
