Martha was the sixth of eight children born to Isaac Mann & his wife Sarah Allen. In Randolph County Indiana on 24 January 1833 she married Hiram Hill. Together they had nine children. After her brother Morgan Allen died, his son & my own 2nd great paternal grandfather Robert Mitchell Mann went to live with his aunt Martha. It was from their house he went off to serve in the War of the Rebellion.
