William Robert (Bill) St. Clair was the third child of nine and third son born to, Austin Newton St. Clair and his wife, Vera Constance [MARKS] St. Clair, on 04 June 1914 in Onaway, Presque Isle, MI. On 24 December 1936, in Newberry, Luce, MI he married, Jessie Webb. Together this couple shared three children.
