Albert H. Stanton was the eighth of ten known children born to, Bluford Stanton and his wife, Matilda [MUNKERS] Stanton. When the War of the Rebellion broke out, he enlisted with the Confederate Army on 10 July 1862. He was wounded in Batlle and subsequently died of his wounds at the home of, Dr. Snell. He's buried in Snell Cemetery, Emmett, Nevada, AR. This picture was taken by one of his great grand nephews, Ernie Connell. Ernie has donated this copy for our use here and is the present owner of the original.
