David Atchison Stanton was the father of eleven children, the ninth of whom was Kirkman Munkers Stanton, paternal great grandfather to my sisters: Kay Linda & Karen Sue. He was married to, Lucinda Asbarine Kirkman 17 May 1874. He was the seventh of nine children, & the first of three sons born to, Bluford Stanton & his wife, Matilda [MUNKERS] Stanton.
