Trivia: What happens when you break your nose twice? THIS!
This one is obviously cropped whereas most others are not. I think white balance is set to "cloudy day" here.
Main light using softbox just above and barely to right of camera set to f8.0 with backlight at between f11 and f16 depending on light burn.
Read EFIX for camera f-stop. Many images using D100's higher contrast setting but very few are edited on the computer.
