Any one who has replaced or inspected chainplates? Please describe process of grinding away or removing the glassed in area. Please decribe replacment of chain plates. it look like there may be two pieces on piece glassed onto inside of hull that stick out and another that is bolted to this and protrude up thru deck. The bolts of course are also glassed in??
