Portland Oregon Downtown in spring is not so bright as this. My Southwestern palet is for sunnier areas. A correction is in order. I'm not quite sure how to do it.
I was struck that the light rail ran right through the downtown area. And tracks were right beside the curb. passengers can safely step on or off the cars from the curbside.
