The house of the bulgarian industrialist Nikolov. Until recently, radio Varna was housed in there.

The house to the left of it, used to belong to the Czech national Anton Novak - a park designer specialized in the Vienna castles of Schoenburn and Belvedere, who was hired in 1894 by the leaders of Varna, to build the Seaside Garden. He did such a marvelous job, that his contract was renewed and this house was build for him from the grateful citizens of Varna.
