I'll have a go at removing the circle in the window - I agree it's a bit distracting.

I agree - nice symmetry and I like the colors. About the focal point - I really don't have a problem. The lines of perspective (i.e. the window edges) are 'converging' although the point at which they would actually 'converge' is oof.
There are 2 minor distractions that I might fix - in the sky, left of center there is a light vertical streak (cloud?) that might be better off missing - and (to a lesser extent) the dark circle in the lower middle window pain.

Great symmetry Mike.

However, personally, I'm not to sure where the focal point is on this one.
