I thought the composition w/ the hat, hands, and shoulder referencing the edges worked in the format exceptionally well.
I also felt that the title of the work and the color added and emotional element to the work. Finally the texture of the stone wall and the other colors of the clothing complimented the blue color.

Well !! : ) I was referring to the sweater not the shirt, my fault I have confused the two words (man, my English !!). I really love this picture and I posted it just to share this peculiar moment.

I'm with JDU on this one. It's a wonderful character capture, but not 'blue' enough. Perhaps if he seemed sadder, 'the blues' would come out a bit more.

Nuno, good capture of an interesting looking character. However, the shirt doesn't look blue to me and the blue sweater is a bit too understated to jump out as the subject of this one. If you're keen enough, colouring of the shirt might make a big difference to the impact of this one.
