As soon as this Challenge is over I can put away the blue paint. I also won't have to answer any more "Daddy why are you painting a ________ blue?" questions. LOL!
he he he. Nice image. The blue paint is the better way to go, rather than just making the rose blue in post processing. also, the fresh paint adds to the reflections in the image for a wet look. Kinda' neat.

I wondered about the shininess. Effective result Marc. I like this one, even though it's staged. The green backdrop is understated enough to support the subject well.
