How original! Inventiveness never ceases - this is certainly pushing the envelope of a self-portrait, LOL!

Putting technicalities aside, I love this image, because it works on more than one level: it's actually a still life, capturing a warm, cosy atmosphere, which, I dare say, reflects the personality of the person who arranged the spot - the lovely lady portrayed in the two pictures, I imagine. So the ambience also adds a new dimension to our acquaintance with the, ahem, subject.

Another very poignant point is the presence of the clock beside the pictures. I think there's a statement here that touches us all in a very deep spot. I know this image has touched me.
