Capitol Reef National Park

I began visiting Capitol Reef almost by accident; we needed a weekend getaway.
It was a l-o-n-g drive home after the stunning views and brilliant colors we enjoyed here,
our heads a-jumble with multisyllabics like "Moenkopi formation" and "Waterpocket Fold."
I have visited several more times, and introduced friends to this under-appreciated treasure.

It is truly an "absolutely brilliant" place, and indeed, a road trip would be well rewarded.
