Surely hand held, and at 1/8 second, very well done indeed. Maybe the green beer gets rid of the shaky hands!

Seems like it is a nice place to celebrate a little. Reminds me of some bars/cafes in the Netherlands(miss the athmosphere in those places). A great shot and really shows the mood very well with the natural lighting.

Here in Belgium it was the same.Stayed home however but we always have Guinness in the cellar.We use that beer in stew and then have also a bottlte to accompany the dish.
