We landed in İstanbul and immediately took a bus to Çanakkale (A on map). From there to Bergama (B), Selçuk (C), Pamukkale (D), Göreme (Cappadocia area)(E), and then back to İstanbul (F) to see Turkey's largest city, one of the largest cities of the world, then return home.
I probably have not been consistent, but I've tried to use the Turkish alphabet for place or people's names. So, a note on pronunciation: A "ç" is "ch" as in "church." An "ş" is "sh" as in "ship." If an "i" has a dot it's "ee" whether upper case or lower case, so "Ee-stan-boul." An I without a dot is "uh", again upper or lower case. An "ö" is like the "u" in "turn." And "ü" as in German "über."
