All photos were taken from our cruise ship, which got quite close to the glaciers.
The bay used to be glacier; as the glaciers recede, the bay fills in. There are three glaciers that end at the point of the bay photographed here. The one most visible from the boat is the Johns Hopkins glacier, and it is receding at the rate of 6 feet a day. You can hear and see it recede.
These are gorgeous. I'll be back to look some more after I get some sleep. But did you redo
some color balances while compressing photos? Great photos !

absolutely beautiful photos. Makes me wish I was there! I may never get to go to to this beautiful place but at least you made it possible for me to see alittle of it. Thank you !!
