American Herring Gull - green alphanumeric band # 69C
This a first banded (ringed) gull I have ever seen in Texas
January 31, 2015; Cedar Bayou Channel, Harris County, Texas

Thanks to L William Clark: Looks like an 'Appledore Gull' banded on Appledore Island Maine on July 20, 2014, a 'B' chick from nest 14H278. Second sighting since banding. One prior report from Baytown, TX on Dec 27, 2014.
