A Gallery of Faces

I thought I’d post this image of a young coal miner. I met him on my travels throughout the Pennsylvania Anthracite coal fields, and is one on many portraits I have had the pleasure of taking over the years. My long time on line friends, know that my first love in photography is portraiture, and now at last having just recently started to seriously to organize my work I think, I will start to post some of my favorites here. There are many hundreds of images so I’m not too sure how this will work out? Let me know what you think? I hope you will enjoy these portraits, as I think people are endlessly fascinating.
