Trumpet Hill

It was another perfect autumn day so I took a break from some doing long overdue tidying up
to take Fudge on a walk in Rockmarshall Forest. It's an evergreen plantation so there wasn't
much autumn colour although you can see hints of golds and browns in the trees on
Trumpet Hill. Also known locally as Tippings Wood it is mentioned in the Irish
epic Tain Bo Cuailinge (The Cattle Raid of Cooley) as Ochaine.

I can't imagine a more beautiful place for a dog walk. You captured the feeling of an autumn afternoon so nicely.
