Thanks Much Colors, this means a lot coming from someone as creative as yourself. The feeling of the painting Whistler did of his mother has always stuck in my head. I think there is a lot of loneliness, alienation, fear, and anger just below the surface today, maybe there always was....but I sense there is more now. Just my humble attempt to portray that. Thanks for seeing...as opposed to just looking,

Damn Barri this gallery is great! This one really called to me, so far it's my fave but looks like
there are many to FAVE-ON. The lonliness and creeping anger...well that is what I sense here and it is
haunting!
Ol' rock - in' chair's got me, my cane by my side;
Fetch me that gin, son, 'fore I tan your hide.
Can't get from this cabin, go no where
Just sit me here grabbin'
At the flies 'round my rockin' chair.
Bridge:
My dear old Aunt Harriet -- in Hea - ven she be --
Send me sweet chariot, for the end of that trouble I see.
Ol' rock - in' chair gets it; judgment day is here,
Chained to my old rock - in' chair.
