According to a 1908 law suit filed against Prairie O&G Co. (having to do with fees
for transport through Will County, Illinois), the pipeline ran from Kansas to Griffith, Indiana.
Prairie Oil & Gas was acquired, in 1932 by Sinclair Oil.
