Sky was typical Pittsburgh gray. I suppose I could do a mask and replace the sky with another shot.

This is a really good shot. Don't know what the sky was like when you shot, but I'd like to see the same shot after lowering the exposure of the sky and keeping everything else as is. Maybe PS with layers might work.
