Attracting with UV ( Blacklight )

I am currently using a 48" double fluorescent fixture with blacklight bulbs.
Showing three compact fluorescent blacklight bulbs and screen door frame covered with a white sheet.
They are powered by cords and sockets from cheap shop-lights.
( Blacklights are conventional bulbs with a coating that filters out most visible light. )
I also have a mercury vapor lamp but do not like to use it due to UV eye exposure concern.
The cart makes it easy to bring in to the sunroom during our frequent spring storms.
The whole thing doubles as a feeder for birds who line up at sunrise to clean the sheets and patio of insects.
