Getting Healthy: Step the Second!
Food! I love to cook, and I try to cook fairly healthy food for the most part, but we have our weaknesses (CHEESE!!!) so it's time to take more measures in making our diet better. Shado hates this step, by the way, because it requires that he eat things like vegetables (Oh Noes!) and beans and so on. This is a white bean soup that I made in the crockpot with Great Northern beans, leftover spiral sliced ham, celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms and various spices. Turned out GREAT, by the way. Made a yummy dinner with enough leftovers for a couple of days' worth of lunches.
