745. Anchors

18 August 2006

You should have seen the rain we had. It seemed as if all the water from the River Tay fell on the top of my house. I thought we were going to be washed away. Yet, surprisingly, no water got in, so we were all snug. Despite only receiving our Sky signal intermittently. That meant that Liam and Linda were forced to watch the final of Big Brother on ordinary TV while I threw these into the raging torrent to make sure the house stayed put. Perhaps I should just have let us drift down the road a few hundred yards into Angus council... where the council tax is a lot lower than that of Dundee!

Great story and image. Nice mood. I think it is best that you were anchored snug.--Rene
