Spring has finally sprung... or so we were led to believe. Mother nature lulled us into casting off our winter blues only to throw a snowball in our faces. It is getting dark outside, and the streetlights are reflecting off the blanket (albeit a rather thin blanket) of snow, casting a warm orange glow into the air. The past few years seem to have given us quite a few days with snow. When I was a child (back when I actually liked the white stuff) there were very few years with snow. But then, perhaps that was because I grew up on Bute, which is bathed in the warm waters of the Gulf Stream!
