Bald guys are SEXY!

NOT. But Abby says I am sexy!

So it is a nice feeling to finally see some results from going to the gym daily since the first of the year.

Finally a little definition is returning to my arms, legs and waist.

Also did a little more post processing in Photoshop 7 than normal. Image shot in B&W, cropped, auto levels, added noise then had to covert the noise to grayscale since I was in RGB mode the added noise was in color, resized.

Yes bald guys are sexy, they are even better when that are totally fit. Keep up the good work

Keep going to that gym, hard work pays off. I used to go all the time and I was amazed how my body shaped. I had a slight relapse, but I picked up the pace again and slowly but surely I am noting changes again in my body. Great pose you strike here and a very appealing image. Great SP all around. Stay motivated...Hoah.

congrats on the results and for sticking with it. seems to be the hardest part for many people. I like the crop on this and shadows.
