Laguna Cuicocha is a pretty crater lake with lovely vistas and is popular with local visitors...within easy reach from Otavalo, which itself as a town, has only the beautiful countryside in which it is set, to write about! But its markets are something else...there is an animal market which is all noise, animal cries, and animal smells...but the people, both buyers and sellers, set the scene and make a visit worthwhile and memorable...!!!
