Drainage depression

The Goose Neck (near Moab, Utah)

Looking west at a drainage channel. The high plateau in the distance is the one
containing the Colorado River Overlook ( http://www.pbase.com/listorama/2006ut1_wrt_cro ).
The Colorado River is about 300 yards (165m) away, flowing from right to left.
