Of these three 2x3s, only one is bolted to the floor (the one at right). Plywood panels will lie atop these 2x3s. The middle and front 2x3s are built up because they liw in a depressed part of the floor. At far right, a small portion of another 2x3 is visible. Masking tape was used to make temporary alignment marks.
