I dropped by the University of the Philippines (Diliman, Quezon City) this morning, May 23rd, to check if Prof. Jerry de Villa's Watercock has molted into breeding plumage. The watercock was a no-show, so I trained my big guns on whatever feathered creatures I could find in the area...;-)
