At last, I nailed my favorite "raptorette" up close. I got extremely lucky today while in a business meeting at Subic. A short birding sortie allowed me to get close to one of the world's smallest raptors - the endemic Philippine Falconet. The Sigmonster is terribly ruthless at these ranges...;-)
