I dropped by Subic rainforest this weekend to check out the Blue-throated Bee-eaters. Yup.... they're definitely back to their nesting burrows at sloping earth banks to begin this year's circle of life. They should be congregating there until April or May, when the baby bee-eaters should have been ushered into this world...;-)
