Good sunny weather, low tide in the morning, and 5 months without shooting bursts at fliers conspired together to bring me to South Lagoon,
my first visit this year. Many of the migrants have arrived, but I suspect the volume is still to peak... perhaps later this September.
I shook the rust off my flight shooting skills by tracking any feathered creature that takes to the air, including a Zitting Cisticola in flight!...;-)
