A couple of friends who are serious birdshooters invited me to check out the birds at their farm in Rosario, Batangas, about a couple of hours drive south of Manila.
I was able to bring the pre-production 7D MII that Canon Philippines loaned me the day before, and this trip was a good opportunity to familiarize myself with the new camera.
A few other birder-friends joined us for a birding tour, which evolved into a story-telling/eating party when it rained in the afternoon. :)
