I first saw this individual with a molting plumage on April 7, 2020. It's a regular visitor to a watering hole near my place of quarantine along the banks of Bued River.
I predicted that its throat will turn black (breeding colors) in 2 - 3 weeks. Looks like my prediction is near the mark - its throat is nearly all black when it visited this morning of April 25th.
