Yippee!!! I was hoping it is the Striped Flowerpecker because it's the right size (larger than the other species). However, I was hedging against it because the Kennedy Guide says this bird is uncommon.

Too bad I only got one photo of it (very high up a tree) before it flew away.

This may be the first photo that I have seen of this one. In any case, Dicaeum aeruginosum striatissimum - Striped Flowerpecker. Sexes are alike.
