Habitat - Fairly common in lowland forest understory, perches motionless in dark recesses.

This occupies a prime spot in this gallery because I was amazed at the way a sliver of sunlight punched through the thick canopy of the Makiling forest to illuminate the beautiful bird. Very symbolic....
