Scientific name - Bolbopsittacos lunulatus

Habitat - Common, in forest and forest edge, usually below 1000 m, singly or in pairs, or in groups especially at feeding trees. Very plump, short tail with very fast bullet-like flight.

Hi Romy,
Yes, this is a Guaiabero (Bolbopsittacus l. lunulatus). It is an immature bird as can be noted by the beak not yet turning to the black color of the adult. Judging from the last photo of the series, it should be a male, v.b. - the black flight feathers.
